Link your course's Lecture Recordings (Ultra)

This guide provides the instructions on:

Check if the Lecture Recordings link is linked to your Blackboard course:
- If it is not linked, link the Lecture Recordings to your Blackboard course.
- If there is no course instance to link, troubleshoot.
Link the Lecture Recordings to a course different from your Blackboard course.

A Lecture Recordings link is readily available in the Course Resources folder in your course site.

Link the Lecture Recordings to your course

From the Course Content page, select Course Resources.

Select Lecture Recordings from the Course Resources folder. Note: If you do not have a Lecture Recordings link in this folder, you will need to Add a Course Lecture Recording Link.

The first time you click on the Lecture Recordings link, the following screen will be displayed. If you can see your course code and title in Step 1 and Step 2, your course's Lecture Recordings is set up and ready!
Click on the Connect button.

If you see a blank page, please follow the steps below:

From the Step 2 drop-down list, select your current course.
Note: If you do not find your course's instance in Step 2, please contact Support at help@elearning.uq.edu.au
Select the Section home radio button under Step 3.
Click on the Connect button.

Note: If your course is a merged one, please ensure that you select the internal campus offering (e.g St Lucia/ Gatton/ Herston etc.) and not the external offering of your course.

Link the Lecture Recordings to a different course (section)

In case you need to link the Lecture Recordings to a different course, please follow the steps below.

From the Step 2 drop-down list select the required Course / Term (Semester).
Select the Section home radio button under Step 3.
Click on the Connect button.

Warning: Please ensure that you select the internal campus offering (e.g St Lucia/ Gatton/ Herston etc.) and not the external offering of your course.
