Exception to Third Party Cookies (Ultra)

1.  Open your Firefox Browser.
2. Click on the Open menu button. 
3. Select Options from the drop down. 
   

4. Click on the Privacy & Security link. 
5. In the History section clink on the Exceptions button. 
   

6. Enter the required URL. 
7. Click on the Allow button. 
8. Click on the Save Changes button. 
   

By default, Safari accepts cookies and website data only from websites you visit, so a workaround is to go to echo360.net.au in a new tab/window first, then attempt to access recordings.

1. Navigate to echo360.net.au
   

Warning: do not enter your email address in the email field.  

2. Open up a new tab and navigate to your Learn.UQ course to access your lecture recording.
