TurnItIn does not allow the use of mark ranges in standards.

You can either redesign your rubric to not use mark ranges (refer Marks / Rubrics / Grading Forms Overview guide) or use one of the following workarounds:

  • Repeat the standard column for each mark in the range. OR
  • Using a grading form where the mark ranges are listed in the description.

Repeating standard columns

For the below example you could use a Standard rubric and repeat each standard column the required number of times.

Standard range of references, satisfactory choice of key texts.

Fails to refer to recommended readings and key text or other suitable alternatives.
