External Users Password Reset

External users can reset their password through the following URL: https://learn.uq.edu.au/webapps/uq-externaluseraccess-BB5fd17f67f4120/app/course/forgotPasswordChange which will generate an email notification where you will be required to follow the prompts.  

To create and enrol users outside of this university refer to the External Users tool website.

Reset your password

1. Click on the following URL: https://learn.uq.edu.au/webapps/uq-externaluseraccess-BB5fd17f67f4120/app/course/forgotPasswordChange
2. Put in your email address.
3. Click on the Submit button.​

4. You will get a confirmation message that an email has been sent to you.

5. Access your email and click on the click here button.

Note: The password reset link is active for 24 hours.

6. Enter your Verification code included in your email i.e e5vgk7nvbpdam8ra1shceivt0v.
7. Enter your new Password and Confirm your password.
8. Read the Terms 6.20.01 Acceptable Use of UQ ICT Resources and select the checkbox to indicate you have read the terms and conditions.
9. Option to include the Company/Organisation and Job Title information.
10. Enter the Contact Phone number.
11. Click on the Submit button.

• You will get a message that your account has been activated.
• Click on the here button to proceed to log into Learn.UQ.
