September 2025 Usage Statistics
Practical, hands-on workshops in teaching and learning technologies are offered to help staff prepare their courses each semester. In September, 3 workshops were conducted with 44 participants attending. This year to date, 123 staff workshops have been run with a total of 1,327 attendances. Since 2012, there has been a total of 13,763 staff workshop attendances.

eLearning Adviser Consultations
In September, eLearning advisers provided 102 appointments to help courses adopt eLearning technology. The eLearning Adviser Consultations to date in 2025 have catered for 360 Course Coordinators teaching into 469 courses which constitute approximately 12.8% of all courses in the university and servicing a total of 59,285 student experiences across the university. In total, the number of appointments equals 554. The top three most common individual tools implemented are Ultra Gradebook, Turnitin, and Ultra Assignment.

The number of jobs for September 2025 increased by 55.5% when compared to September 2024 and increased by 56.5% when compared to September 2023 and increased by 12.9% when compared to August 2025.
Course Management jobs for September 2025 increased by 78.4% when compared with September 2024 and increased by 85.7% when compared with September 2023 and increased by 63.2% when compared with August 2025.
Tools & Other jobs for September 2025 increased by 22.4% when compared with September 2024 and increased by 14.2% when compared with September 2023 yet decreased by 37.5% when compared with August 2025.
The distribution of jobs were similarly divided amongst Course Management (59.24%) with Tools & Other (40.76%).

RESPONSE TO SUPPORT REQUESTS FLAGGED AS URGENT BY CLIENTS
During September 2025 there were twenty (20) Urgent jobs. A breakdown of the Urgent jobs are as follows.
Blackboard Assignment Tool (3), Blackboard Grade Centre (3), Blackboard Tests (2), Blackboard Usage (2), ePortfolio (1), Inspera (6), Turnitin (3).
All Urgent requests were responded to within an hour.
