Practical, hands-on workshops in teaching and learning technologies are offered to help staff prepare their courses each semester. In June, 17 workshops were conducted with 106 participants attending. This year to date, 56 staff workshops have been run with a total of 860 attendances. Since 2012, there has been a total of 13,296 staff workshop attendances.

eLearning Adviser Consultations

In June, eLearning advisers provided 58 appointments to help courses adopt eLearning technology. The eLearning Adviser Consultations to date in 2025 have catered for 183 Course Coordinators teaching into 238 courses which constitute approximately 6.4% of all courses in the university and servicing a total of 33,826 student experiences across the university. In total, the number of appointments equals 212. The top three most common individual tools implemented are Inspera, Turnitin, and Gradebook.

The number of jobs for June 2025 decreased by 12.3% when compared to June 2024 and decreased by 28.9% when compared to June 2023 and decreased by 14.4% when compared to May 2025.

Course Management jobs for June 2025 decreased by 23.6% when compared with June 2024 and decreased by 42.1% when compared with June 2023 and decreased by 21.7% when compared with May 2025.

Tools & Other jobs for June 2025 increased by 5.2% when compared with June 2024 yet decreased by 3.8% when compared with June 2023 and decreased by 4.1% when compared with May 2025.

The distribution of jobs were exactly the same between Course Management (53.36%) with Tools & Other (46.64%).

RESPONSE TO SUPPORT REQUESTS FLAGGED AS URGENT BY CLIENTS

During June 2025 there were nineteen (19) Urgent jobs. A breakdown of the Urgent jobs are as follows.
Blackboard Course Creation (4), Blackboard Usage (5), H5P (1), Inspera (6), MKM (1), UQ Extend (1).

All Urgent requests were responded to within an hour.
