Mark by group in Gradescope (Original)

You can select to mark by SI-net group (tutorial / seminar / workshop) or create your own custom marking groups.

Note: Gradescope refers to marking groups as Sections.

  1. Set up mark by SI-net (tutorial/seminar/workshop) group
  2. Set up Mark by Custom Group
  1. Mark by group

3. Mark by group

  1. Click on the Gradescope assignment link.
  2. Select Grade Submission from the menu.
  3. Click on the  Grade by Course Section button.

Grade by section

  1. Select the required question from the Select Question drop-down list.
  2. Select the required marking group from the Select Sections drop-down list.
  3. Click on the Start Grading button.

Grade by Course Section

  1. Gradescope will only display assignments from students in the selected marking group.
