Staff eLearning Enquiries

If you are a UQ staff member and would like assistance with one of our eLearning systems, please submit a job with eLearning Support.

Staff eLearning Support

Staff also have the option of quickly logging a helpdesk support request from within their Learn.UQ course. Simply click on the Support request button and explain the problem you are experiencing. Information on your course and operating environment will be automatically included in the email sent to support.

For complex matters consider a written submission or submit a job asking for an eLearning Systems and Support team person to call you. An in-depth guide of how to submit a job is available on the Escalating-learn.UQ support requests page. For queries relating to students see the Learn.UQ support for students page.

Professional Development

Our team also provides professional development workshops (through Staff Development, custom, online self-paced) w to all UQ staff on the use of our central eLearning systems.
