Guides
Guides are provided to help staff implement centrally supported eLearning tools. The eLearning team also provides 'how to' guides for students that are hosted on the UQ Library website.
eLearning Adviser Consultations
The eLearning Adviser Consultations provide course teaching staff with one-on-one consultations with an eLearning Adviser on implementing centrally supported eLearning tools. Staff can book an appointment via the eLearning Adviser Consultations Microsoft Bookings Service.
Course content editing/updating/creation
If you need to edit/update/create content for your course sites the following options are available:
- Attend an elearning workshop
- Seek support from your local faculty / school Learning Designers
- Apply to the ITaLI Digital Uplift service
Standard practice for the Elearning team is to not make changes to courses without consulting teaching staff. We need to know the intent of the configurations before advice is given on how to configure a course by the teaching staff.
Professional Development
Our team also provides professional development workshops (through Staff Development, custom, online self-paced) w to all UQ staff on the use of our central eLearning systems.
Students
Students requiring assistance with one of our eLearning services should be directed to contact the Library AskUS service.
