April 2026 Usage Statistics

Practical, hands-on workshops in teaching and learning technologies are offered to help staff prepare their courses each semester. In April, 1 workshops were conducted with 10 participants attending. This year to date, 25 staff workshops have been run with a total of 270 attendances. Since 2012, there has been a total of 14,199 staff workshop attendances.

eLearning Adviser Consultations

In April, eLearning advisers provided 76 appointments to help courses adopt eLearning technology. The eLearning Adviser Consultations to date in 2026 have catered for 181 Course Coordinators teaching into 223 courses, which constitute approximately 6.3% of all courses in the university and servicing a total of 32,593 student experiences across the university. In total, the number of appointments equals 297. The top three most common individual tools implemented are Ultra Gradebook, Turnitin and Ultra assignment.

The number of jobs for April 2026 decreased by 28.1% when compared to April 2025 and decreased by 4% when compared to April 2024 and decreased by 50.4% when compared to March 2026.

Course Management jobs for April 2026 decreased by 53.8% when compared with April 2025 and decreased by 40.8% when compared with April 2024 and decreased by 69.8% when compared with March 2026.

Tools & Other jobs for April 2026 decreased by 8.2% when compared with April 2025 yet increased by 21.1% when compared with April 2024 yet decreased by 33.8% when compared with March 2026.

The distribution of jobs were slightly in favour of Tools & Other (71.98%) with Course Management (28.02%).

RESPONSE TO SUPPORT REQUESTS FLAGGED AS URGENT BY CLIENTS

During April 2026 there were thirty (30) Urgent jobs. A breakdown of the Urgent jobs are as follows.
Buddycheck (1), Echo360 (2), EMAIL (2), Gradescope (1), Inspera (6), Learn.UQ Access (6), Learn.UQ Assignment Tool (2), Learn.UQ Groups (3), MKM (1), Turnitin (6).

All Urgent requests were responded to within an hour.
