After your evaluation is created but not open yet, you can edit all settings EXCEPT group/group set selection. Therefore, it is important that you create and use Group Set and NOT individual groups as you can add/remove groups from your group set.
After your evaluation becomes open and before students start submitting, you can update your questions, change the title, introduction, and end date. You will NOT be able to:
change the start date,
add more questions,
add open questions,
add peer messages.
After students start submitting you will be able to change the titles and wording of the questions and add/require motivation of the scores.
Edit evaluation
In Buddycheck, click on the required evaluation.
Click on the Edit evaluation button.
Complete the required changes.
Click on the Save changes button.
Reuse evaluation
Once you have created at least one evaluation, Evaluation template option becomes available and you will be able to reuse previous evaluations (they will need to be edited: change the dates, select different groups etc.).
Click on the evaluation you would like to reuse.
Make the required changes, e.g. dates, group set, questions etc.
