Reopen evaluation

Reopening evaluations will allow students to see the scores and comments they previously submitted and change them.

1. Click on the Reopen button.
2. (Optionally) change the text under Customize email text boxes.
3. (Optionally) check Send a copy to myself checkbox.
4. Click on the Reopen evaluations button.

Using Clear option will clear all the scores, comments and messages the selected students submitted and will reopen the evaluation for them. They will NOT receive an email, so course coordinators will have to notify them. It is recommended that you use Reopen option if you would like a student to resubmit.

This option will allow you to remove a student and all their data from the evaluation. This CANNOT be undone and the student(s) will not receive emails.

1. Click on the Remove button.
2. Click on the Delete button.
