Desktop Recording Options Comparison (Original)
The following desktop recording options are available to staff:
- Universal Capture is available through the university's lecture recording system, Echo360, and recorded videos are stored in the same online library as lecture recordings.
- Zoom is the university's video conferencing system, which also has desktop recording capabilities, and recorded videos are stored in the cloud or on your computer.
- PowerPoint is available through the Microsoft Office 365 Suite and also has desktop recording capabilities and recorded videos are stored on your computer.
eLearning instructional guides are available for Echo360 Universal Capture and Zoom. eLearning technical support is provided for Echo360 Universal Capture, while Zoom and PowerPoint are supported by ITS.
