Insert and embed content (Ultra Student)

Option A

1. Click on the Attachment button in the text editor.
   
2. Locate the file.
3. Click on the Open button.
4. Optionally, update the Display Name textbox.
5. Click on the Save button.
   

Option B

1. Drag and drop a file from a location into the text editor box.
   
2. Optionally, update the Display Name textbox.
3. Click on the Save button.
   

Option C

1. Click on the Insert content button in the text editor.
2. Select Cloud Storage from the drop-down list.
   
3. Select the cloud service you want to import from.
   Note: You may need to sign into your cloud storage service if you are accessing it for the first time.
4. Locate the document and select it by clicking the checkbox and then the Select button.
   
5. Click on the Import button.
   
6. Optionally, update the Display Name textbox.
7. Click on the Save button.
   

Delete an uploaded file

1. Click on the delete button (bin icon) to remove an uploaded file.
   

Add an image from a website

1. In your internet browser, locate the image.
2. Right-click on it and click on Copy image address.
3. Click on the Insert content button in the text editor.
4. Select Image from URL from the drop-down list.
   
5. Paste the image address into the Image URL textbox.
6. Enter a description of the image in the Alternative text textbox.
7. Click on the Insert button.
   

Add an image from your computer

1. In the text editor, click on the Image button.
   
2. Drag and drop an image file into the Insert image box or use the Upload file button to browse to an image location on your computer. Double-click the image to select it. 
   
3. Click on the Next button at the bottom of the image preview window.
   
4. Select an appropriate Aspect Ratio from the drop-down list or use your mouse to reposition the image.
5. Click on the Next button.
   
6. Add a title for the image in the Display Name text box.
7. Add a description of the image in the Alternative text textbox.
8. Click on the Save button.

Resize and delete an image

1. Left-click on the image to show the re-size handles (white boxes) in each corner. Drag the handles to resize the image.
2. Click on the delete button (bin icon) to delete the image.
   

Insert an equation

1. Click on the Insert content button in the text editor.
2. Select Math from the drop-down list.
   
3. Type text and symbols and use the tabs to locate and select tools to build your equation.
4. Click on the Insert button.
   

Edit an equation

1. Select an equation object in the text editor.
2. Click on the Insert content button and select Math from the drop-down list.
3. Type text and symbols and use the tabs to locate and select tools to adjust your equation.
4. Click on the Save button to update your equation in the editor.
