Archive a Course (Ultra)

  1. Go to Learn.UQ (Blackboard) 
  2. Select your course.
  3. Click on the More options for course content elipsis (3 dots) button and select Export Course Package from the drop-down list.

  4. Click on the Add Export Package button.

  5. Click on the Yes or No button to confirm if you want Student Activity Data to be included with your Export.
    Note: This will increase the size of the export package and could cause issues with importing the archive package at a later date. Assessments should be downloaded separately to reduce the size of the export package.

  6. An In progress message will be displayed while the package is prepared.

  7. Click on the Export file to download the package.
