After your evaluation is created but not yet open, you can edit all settings EXCEPT group/group set selection. Therefore, it is important that you create and use a Group Set and NOT individual groups as you can add/remove groups from your group set.
After your evaluation becomes open and before/after students start submitting, you can edit the following:
evaluation title
end date
Introduction
update your questions; including changing the title, short name, description, criteria explanations and suggestions
the minimum and maximum adjustment factors
reminder date
auto lock date
After your evaluation becomes open and before/after students start submitting, you will NOT be able to edit the following:
change the start date,
enable/disable motivation
enable/disable motivation required
add more questions
enable/disable open questions
enable/disable peer messages
Edit evaluation
In Buddycheck, click on the required evaluation.
Click on the Edit evaluation button.
Complete the required changes.
Click on the Save changes button.
Reuse evaluation
Once you have created at least one evaluation, Evaluation template option becomes available and you will be able to reuse previous evaluations (they will need to be edited: change the dates, select different groups etc.).
Click on the evaluation you would like to reuse.
Make the required changes, e.g. dates, group set, questions etc.
