Criteria forms can only be used once but they can be copied. Criteria forms are only available for editing when the peer assessment assignment is not available to students (refer to the Edit a Group Peer Assessment assignment guide)


Criteria forms can only be edit if the assessment they are attached to has not closed and the assignment is not available to students.

  1. Click on the Edit button.
  2. Complete the required changes and Submit the form.

All criteria forms from an author can be search for.

  1. Select Author OR Title from the drop down list.
  2. Select the required author or criteria form title and press the Enter key on your keyboard.

  1. Click on the View button of the required criteria form.

  1. Click on the Copy button in the top right of the criteria form.
  2. A second copy of the form will be displayed.
  3. Click on the Edit button of the new form and update the criteria form.

Criteria forms that have not been used can be deleted.

  1. Click on the Delete button of the required criteria form.


An archiving feature for criteria forms is in development and currently not available.
