Changes to storage of Zoom cloud recordings

From Monday 10 July 2023, UQ Information Technology Services (ITS) are changing Zoom settings to automatically remove all Zoom recordings older than 365 days from the Cloud. If you have directly linked to Zoom cloud recordings for teaching purposes, please take action as advised in the Implications for Zoom Recording Change guide.

EchoPoll early adopters

Recording exam results in Grade Centre

Grade Centre could enhance your approach to grade management and security; a University requirement outlined in the PPL 3.10.02 Assessment guidelines. Grade Centre has built-in functionality to log and monitor data which is an important tool for avoiding mistakes in data entry. Expressions of Interest (EOIs) are open for staff interested in conducting a session at Teaching and Learning Week (30 October – 3 November) within the theme of Synergy and 6 sub-themes aligned with UQ’s Graduate Attributes. Direct upload of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs)

Do you have auto-marked MCQs in your final exam? If so, you can directly upload marked MCQ test results to Grade Centre. The following video shows how to upload paper based MCQ test results to Grade Centre using the provided results spreadsheet (YouTube, 8m 12s).
