Create self-enrolment groups (Ultra)

Warning: When creating Self-enrol groups an automatic announcement will be created and sent to students at the start of the enrolment period. This announcement contains very little contextual information and as such you may choose to delete the announcement before the enrolment start date and send your own announcement. For instructions on deleting an announcement, refer to the Create, Schedule, Edit or Delete an Announcement guide.
