Search for which Group a Student is a member of

The Bulk Group Manager tool allows you to search for a student and find out what groups they are members of.

Bulk Group Manager

1. From the Control Panel select Course Tools > Bulk Group Manager

2. Click on the Download and Search button.
3. Select Search for users and groups they are in from the drop down list.

Search for a student

1. Select the required search term from the first drop down list.

2. Select the required search method from the second drop down list.
3. Enter the student/group you are searching for in the textbox.
4. Click on the go button.

5. The search results will be displayed below as shown.

View Group Enroments - All Users tab

Instructors can view group enrolments for student groups through the All Users tab. 

1. Access the Groups page. 
2. Click on the All Users tab. 

The search functionality lets you seach by username, first name, last name or any parameters. 

1. Put in the required students name. 
2. Click on the Go button.
