This guide is for support staff only.

ITaLI and Library are offering a range of professional development workshops to support staff converting courses for online delivery.  This w/c 16 March has been about converting lectures and tutes. In w/c 23 March we have four new learning designershelping us collectively deliver a focus on assessment conversion workshops.

The ITaLI eLearning team are trying to maximise the impact of limited resourcing to offer as much training in key tools as possible during pause week.

Staff attending need to bring their own laptop with the required software installed. Only a limited number of training laptops will be available for borrowing.

Custom Workshops or Custom Advice

If schools have requests to run their own custom training:

  • Schools can email italiS12020@uq.edu.au or phone +61 7 3443 1348 for an ITaLI expert to run local training.
  • Schools can send their own trainer to a face to face workshop (above), or do a self-paced workshop (above), or shortly attend a Zoom based workshop (on video assignments etc.) when they are advertised for later this week. ITaLI has a resource list of staff that have expertise in key UQ eLearning technologies.
