What is the objective of the project?
The objective of this pilot is to determine whether Inspera can be used on UQ-managed devices to improve security and student experience for on-campus Inspera exams.
An evaluation will be made of the benefits, pros, and cons of options relating to exam security, and recommendations on options to move forward based on the findings.
What is happening?
UQ is piloting Inspera on UQ-managed devices to evaluate its suitability to address the need for improved security during exams.
This pilot is a component of the Lead through Learning Project - AI Tools and Technologies Stream 1 - Assessment Platforms Pilots.
Expressions of Interest
Staff were invited to complete an Expression of Interest in joining the pilot between 25 May and 5 June 2026.
Semester 2, 2026
This pilot will be conducted during Semester 2, 2026 with involvement from selected faculties and schools.
Semester 1, 2027
The results of the Semester 2, 2026 pilot will inform whether this progresses to an extended pilot in Semester 1, 2027 or is deployed UQ-wide.
