What is Microsoft Whiteboard?

Microsoft Whiteboard is a collaboration tool that can be used by participants to contribute their ideas or input to a shared whiteboard.

A whiteboard can be:

  • pre-created and shared via a link for asynchronous contribution or
  • created during an MS Teams meeting for synchronous collaboration. (currently not available at UQ)

Note: Microsoft Team is currently not widely available for teaching and learning at UQ.

Why would I use Microsoft Whiteboard?

Microsoft Whiteboard is a used in lectures and tutorials to faciliated active learning activites.
