Add assessment technical submission instructions (Ultra)

Why would I add assessment technical submission instructions?

The assessment technical submission instructions provide students with access to the relevant student guides for the assessments within their courses, they also include contact details for the AskUs student helpdesk who can provide assistance to students across all the assessment tools.

Add assessment technical submission instructions

Note: The assessment technical submission instructions added from the Learning Object Respository can not be edited and automatically update if there are any changes to guides.

Navigate to desired assessment folder where technical submission instructions are to be added.
Click on the Add new content (+) sign.
Select Learning Object Repository from the drop-down list.
Check the checkbox next to the required Assessment technical submission instructions.
Tip: You can select multiple instructions at once.
Click on the Insert Object(s) button.
A Copying content message will be displayed while the instructions are imported to your course.
The technical submission insturctions will appear in your assessment folder.
Tip: Hit the refresh button on your browser if nothing appears.

Delete assessment technical submission instructions

Navigate to desired assessment folder where technical submission instructions are found.
Click on the More options for [name of technical submission instructions] elipsis (3 dots) button and select Delete from the drop-down list. e.g. Click on the More options for Buddycheck technical submission instructions and support elipsis (3 dots) button and select Delete from the drop-down list.
Click on the Delete button to confirm deletion.
