    eLearning Solutions Service

    The eLearning Solutions Service offers individual support to course coordinators to help them implement eLearning solutions for the most common teaching and learning problems, using centrally supported eLearning tools.

    Staff can nominate for the eLearning Solutions Service by booking an appointment via the eLearning Solutions Service Appointments webpage to organise an individual consultation at their office with an eLearning Advisor.

    eLearning Staff Helpdesk

    If you are a UQ staff member and would like assistance with one of our eLearning systems, please submit a job with eLearning Support.

    Staff also have the option of quickly logging a support request from within their Learn.UQ course. Simply click on the Support request button and explain the problem you are experiencing. Information on your course and operating environment will be automatically included in the email sent to helpdesk.

    eLearning Central Workshops

    A range of practical face-to-face workshops on using eLearning tools is offered throughout the year. A description of each workshop, dates and registration is available on the Staff Development website.

    eLearning Custom Workshops

    Custom workshops on centrally supported eLearning tools are available on request for faculties and schools. Email elearningadvisors@uq.edu.au with the subject line Custom Workshop to schedule one of our teaching and learning workshops at a convenient time.
