Share Microsoft Bookings link with students

After you have configured the required service on your booking page, you can share the link with students so they can start booking appointments for your course.

• If your booking page includes one service, you can share the service link directly with students.
• If your booking page includes multiple services, you can either share:
  • the individual links for each service, or
  • the link to the booking page, allowing students to choose the appropriate service.

Sharing the service link

1. Access your course's Microsoft Bookings page from the UQ Bookings app.
2. Click on the Services option from the settings list.

3. Click on the share icon next to the link to copy it.

4. Create a link item with instructions in your Blackboard course.
