Turnitin marks not transferring to Grade Centre

In a small percentage of cases, marks may not automatically transfer from Turnitin to Grade Centre (usually due to internet traffic load as Turnitin data is stored in Canada, while Blackboard data is stored on the UQ’s St Lucia campus). To fix this problem you will need to automatically synchronise the grades.

  1. From Control Panel select from Course Tools > Turnitin Assignments.

  1. Click on the Sync Grades button.

  1. If successful, the following message will be displayed and the marks will be available in Grade Centre.

Note: If the synchronisation is not successful contact help@elearning.uq.edu.au and they will be able to transfer the marks for you.
