Lecture recording transcription files can be downloaded, edited and then uploaded as a replacement transcript file or closed caption file.

Note: Lecture recording transcripts are only available in selected UQ courses.

Courses are selected by the Student Services, Diversity, Disability and Inclusion team to ensure transcriptions are made available to students who would most benefit from them to support their learning. UQ's lecture recording system, Echo360, includes a service for 4000 hours per annum of machine-generated transcripts.

You can select to display the transcript while playing the lecture recording and the text can be searched.
